One ​​of the main strengths of the agriturismo is undoubtedly the cuisine, which offers a typical Gallura menu, inspired by the local culinary tradition and strongly linked to the seasonality of the products. The dishes served tell the gastronomic history of this area through ancient recipes handed down over time and enhanced with care and passion. Each meal is a journey through the genuine flavors of Sardinia, designed to offer guests an authentic and engaging sensory experience.

The catering service is based on a fixed menu that varies according to the time of year, thus allowing the seasonal excellence to be expressed at its best. All dishes are prepared with home-grown raw materials, grown and processed within the same farm. The meats, including cured meats, come from animals raised directly on site, respecting animal welfare and traditional practices. The vegetables, greens and fruit are picked daily from the organic vegetable garden and orchard of the property, guaranteeing freshness and quality.

Even the fresh pasta is prepared every day in an artisanal way, according to the typical recipes of Sardinian cuisine, while the wines – red and white – and traditional liqueurs are carefully selected from the best local productions, in a balance between taste, territoriality and authenticity.

Particular attention is also paid to specific dietary needs: Sa Mendhula offers dishes dedicated to those suffering from intolerances, such as gluten-free options for celiac guests, without sacrificing taste and tradition.

Our menu varies according to the time of year, allowing us to best express our cuisine based on production.
However, it always includes:
Appetizers: cheeses, cured meats, olives, fried vegetables, wild boar
First courses: gnocchetti and ravioli made by us with game sauces and Gallura soup
Second courses: typical Sardinian spit-roasted suckling pig, local meats
Side dishes: seasonal salads, baked potatoes
Desserts: rujoles, seadas or dry sweets depending on the period
Local white and red wines, typical liqueurs
