Incredible food. We wanted some authentic food in a nice setting and Sa Mendhula totally nailed it. We only booked 45mins before dinner started and it wasn't a problem for them. My leg is in a cast due to an injury. When we arrived Valentina had us at a easy to access table with an extra chair with a massive pillow. The food was excellent and the red wine was great. Our favourite was the aubergine dish and the suckling pork. Just as we left the venue another car hit ours and it was undrivable. I was a bit stuck so called the restaurant to ask for some help. They were super kind. Two members of staff came down to have a look at the car. They helped translate with the tow truck driver, gave us water as we'd run out and let us stay in the restaurant while we waited for the taxi. Very genuine, good people. Siamo stati in questo posto per cena. Un agriturismo speciale per la cordialità , il calore dell’ambiente e l’atmosfera familiare che ci ha coinvolto appena arrivati. Abbiamo potuto godere del tramonto e crepuscolo in tutti i suoi colori data la bellissima posizione sopraelevata rispetto il Golfo, molto rilassante. Ottima la cucina , tipica e sfiziosa. Sono rimasta colpita dell’attenzione che è stata dedicata a mia sorella che ha delle allergie alimentari, le hanno strutturato un menù simile al nostro facendola sentire partecipe in modo sereno senza differenze in ordine di portata. Abbiamo completato la cena nel giardino antistante sorseggiando un buon mirto. Lo consiglio vivamente se si vuole trascorrere una serata diversa e piacevole.

Abbiamo soggiornato all'agriturismo Sa Mendhula per 6 giorni, ambiente molto curato e camere pulitissime. Colazione eccezionale e soprattutto la pasticceria prodotta in casa dalla signora Franca. Unfortunate circumstances at another booking unexpectedly brought us to Agriturismo Sa Mendhula, where we found a slice of paradise for 5 nights. Valentina, Pietro and Franca are simply amazing hosts — warm, friendly, always with a smile. Their animals, including Acciuga the dog and a few cats, reflect that same warmth. The whole agriturismo is surrounded by nature, with views over Porto Rotondo. You can tell it was built with real attention to detail, with every corner curated with love — the photos speak for themselves. The rooms are beautiful and comfortable, each with a little kitchenette that has everything you need for a simple home cooked meal. The cleaning staff were lovely too, and did a stellar job at making our rooms every day. Breakfast is a buffet each morning, with varying dishes and plenty of delicious homemade pastries. There’s nothing quite like having it on the terrace, sea and mountains in view, cicadas singing in the background — and if you’re lucky, little Acciuga comes by to say hello. This has been one of our favourite agriturismo experiences, one we’ll cherish for years. We hope to be back soon. Thank you so much, Valentina and team, for having us. ♥️
